From Norway to Sweden and Back to the Ranch

When I get back from a tour, I get to come home to my ranch. And then, I never want to leave it. Here’s Why:

We had a solidly vicious and great time out on our Scandic journey. I started things off solo in Norway with a great support act, Johan Orjansson. Johan and his band then supported us during the Sweden leg of the tour. You must hear them, really, listen HERE.

I also released the new tour exclusive EP, From the Other Side of the Barn. We did a limited, hand printed, and numbered pressing and sold out early on. Don’t worry, if you catch us again in the next few months, perhaps we can find a few more.

We had a wonderful time meeting and chilling with all of you. Thanks so much to the fans for keeping rooms full and giving us a reason to be there. I’ve been writing a lot of new songs, so with virtuous patience, I will be recording a new album this summer.

We will be heading back out on the road again come May, so check the TOUR section to see if we are coming to a town near you!

Well, I must bid adieu and such, back to being a captive to the country.

Team Fox and the Light of Day Foundation raise funds for research into possible cures, improved treatments and support to improve the quality of life for patients who suffer with Parkinsons disease and other neuromuscular illnesses. Funds are also used to assist family members and caregivers of those with Parkinsons disease.

January 11 would have been Clemons 70th birthday.

A OK in the UK and Now in Holland

We’ve been waiving Union Jack Flags, eating jackets and mash, sipping on Cider. Bedford, Brighton, London. Now we are in Holland for a while soaking up the sun.

Sweden has been great so far. People are good. The band is good. Food is good. Stockholm was tops and so was the Fontrest record store. Special thanks to Claus for the Dearhunter vinyl. We love that record. We’ve also had great times in between in Orebro, Uppsala, & Malmo.

Oh, and I played the Norrtalje Prison yesterday. Surprisingly, my first time behind bars…..

One last thing to our Sweden fans, make sure to check us out on TV 4 on Monday, Sept. 26th for a special live broadcast.

In Europe

In Sweden now. We were just pulled over by a large group of police officers in Germany, but for some reason, they let us go. The first week here in Europe has been a great one so far. After a few Holland shows and a stop in Hamburg, we are keeping on. Thanks to all for the support out there and a special thanks to Hans for making the badass barn doors for our stage show. See you all soon.
